I have used this provider for less than 6 months

There were numerous incidents of physical abuse/bullying of one child by one or more other children in the summer camp organized by Kids Company at John Hay Elementary (kindergarten age). These incidents were not reported to the parents and in some cases the teachers took no action at all, telling the victims that it's OK. The incidents included punching in the face, tying a child to a tree with a rope, and screaming at a child to force the child to lie on the back on the ground outside. It seems that even when children cried for help there was no one around to help them because teachers were out of sight. We are going to stay away from this company at any cost, because these incidents happened regularly (and it did and will cost us money and time).
