Thank you for your interest in Jean’s Family Daycare! We are proud to be a family run home daycare in Walpole. We have been in business for over 20 years and are fully licensed by the state of Massachusetts and the Department of Early Childhood and Education.
Jean’s Family Daycare is run by Jean's daughter Annie. Annie graduated from Regis College in 2014 with a Business degree and a minor in Early Childhood education. She has over 10 years of professional experience working with children in 2 center daycares, an enrichment center, and a summer camp.
At Jean’s Family Daycare, we are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children to learn and grow. We implement a Developmentally Appropriate Curriculum and we do this through fun-based learning. We cultivate and encourage the learning process by asking children questions and lengthen the learning process by giving suggestions and additional materials. We take full advantage of our beautiful backyard and neighborhood by taking walks and spending time outdoors. We have a large covered patio, grass area, an area with climbers and a large garden (during Summer months). Children help water and pick vegetables from the garden which teaches them about healthy food options and self sustainability.
