If I could I would not even give the one star. It isnt deserved at all. Awful place to send children. I wouldn't send an egg there to be watched. They are ridiculously rough with children. They scream at the children, I have personally witnessed a teacher grabbing a child by the shoulders and shaking and screaming at the child that they were bad and that all the teachers were sick of the child. Parents I will assure you that you are being thouroughly fooled about everything that goes on in that building. The menu you are handed for lunches is not what your child eats, your child in most classrooms will not follow the curriculum you think they are, tons of time is spent in front of a TV, and god help you if you are sending an infant there. The ladies literally feed your kid, throw them in a swaddle, and put them to bed! My child was treated poorly, missed a meal/ snack as a consequence for "not listening", forcibly held down on cot to nap, and screamed at/ punished for doing normal kid things. Ie he is still potty training, they let him attend the bathroom alone yet were mad when he missed the pot.he was yelled at and set in thinking time. He is 3. I feel yelling and screaming over missing the pot when he can't reach it very well is unacceptable, also was thinking time necessary for a child after missing the pot? He is officially terrified of going to another day care. Thanks Future Scholars for ruinung my child's first "school" like experience. Kids should feel comforted not scared, all those so called adults in there should be ashamed of their selves. Do your self and your children a favor, save the heart ache, and go somewhere your child deserves.
An awful place!!! They charm you with bells and wistles but my kids have gotten lice there twice and fifths disease and stitches as well as numerous bruises. it seems to be run by Miss Amanda who is more concerned about gossiping about other families to everyone and will stick her nose in your family business and is not even a little bit professional. She even tried to e mail me to try to set me up with my now ex wife. what kind of professional is that?
All of the teachers at FSA are wonderful. They really care about the kids, they have a colorful and warm learning enviornment. It is a very safe and loving place to take your children. They have great rates and provide all meals. Great hours, so I am never late for work....I love it there. I would recomend to anyone looking to send your child to a daycare center. My 2 year old can write her name already, and knows some signlanguage and Spanish. It is awesome. :)
