Not oraganized lose your childs paperwork and put your new child on their sibling who went there two years ago. Therefore they have wrong information to call the parent and child cant start when headstart starts cause they once again lost my childs paper from doctor that is with her other paperwork (dairy allergy). When unorganized you cant operate well.
