I'm not sure why anyone would say anything negotiate about this facility.
They have an app where you can watch your child all day from your cell phone/computer.
Two of my children have attended here and we loved it.
The business model here is child = $$$. You can probably equate the owner as being miss Hannibal in little orphan Annie. Owners does not care where your child is and moves "teachers" around like they are a fantasy football team. All the teachers do is watch your kids. Nothing else. Owner does have a hole closet of educational supplies but will not use it and flat out lied to me (accidentally went into looking for my kids blanket). Absolute waste of space. Oh yeah. They are being investigated by the State welfare folks. You do the math

Below is the list of reasons.
1. Staff are not qualified.(Just out of High School)
2. Teachers are always being moved around along with students to fill a room. So owner doesn't have to pay her employees fulltime.
3. Paid $75.00 extra for the A Beka Books waste of money. All I got each day was one of the papers that was given to my son to color and they haven't taught him to color inside the lines.
4. Miss placing children in incorrect age group classes. Now my son has lost a year of learning to prepare for Pre-K.
5. My son is 4 and can't tell you which are letter's vs numbers. Much less read or write them.
6. Your child is to bring a sheet & blanket for nap time that you get back on Fridays. Good luck with that. They are always misplacing or loosing items you bring for your child(clothes,sheets,cups,blankets,socks,ect)
7. When the owners is sick & out of school, she brings him to the daycare to hangout around your children.
8. They have a small outside area for the children to play. No grass just very lttle rocks that your child could choke on.
If these are things that you don't care about with your child, feel free to enroll them.
