Description: The Easter Seals UCP Summer Moore Children’s Center is a private, non-profit health and education agency providing services to children with and without special needs, birth to five years of age. We are a five-star child development center, accredited by the Division of Child Development and Early Education and the Council on Quality Leadership. The goal of the Summer Moore Children’s Center is to provide developmental services and quality childcare in an inclusive environment. In an effort to achieve this goal, programs will incorporate children with and without disabilities in a preschool setting. The Summer Moore Children’s Center has five classrooms. Teachers design curriculum to facilitate learning in a natural, inclusive environment. Each classroom is designed to be developmentally appropriate to meet a wide variety of needs. In addition to providing educational services, we have pediatric therapists who provide integrated or one-on-one therapy.
