Description: Early Head Start is a federally funded program for families with children under three years old and pregnant women who meet Head Start income guidelines Enrollment is available for children with disabilities. Early Head Start works with First Steps to ensure that children with disabilities receive quality and comprehensive services. All Early Head Start services are free of charge to qualifying families.
