As per the summer organizational chart, the family worker designated as a person in charge was not familiar with what needed to be presented to OOL for the inspection. Additionally, they did not know that they had been designated as the person in charge (director designee). Ensure that whe the director is not present that all director designees are fully trained and have completed Understanding Licensing.

Interviews on the day of the inspection indicate the alternate indoor location is an elementary school that is not within a safe walking distance. Center has not indicated that there is transportation secured to transport the children to this location. Ensure that either the current location can be used because transportation has been secured or that a location within safe walking distance is secured. Submit an agreement, to OOL, between the center and the location indicating that the site is approved to be used and that it is open to receive children for the entirety of the center's operational hours.
