About the Provider

Description:

Discovery Learning Center prides itself on providing clean, safe, and inviting classrooms. We offer multiple classrooms that are divided by age where children will play with other children the same age, play with age-appropriate toys, and be exposed to an age-appropriate curriculum. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will care for, love, and nurture each child in a home-like setting while also providing a quality early childhood education. Each day, every parent will receive a written report detailing their child's day in class including how they ate and slept. Each week, parents will receive an overview of the teacher's lesson plans so they know what their child is learning in class. Parents will also receive three progress reports a year on their child's overall development.

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

BEWARE!! Not to be trusted with money!! Owner is known to breach contracts and financial agreements then change them without notifying customer. Will seize your deposit to compromise for lost income during COVID. Will lie to parents. Not willing to work with parents. Falsely advertise operating hours!!! Does not stand behind "guarantees". DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My policy states that any student who withdraws before start start forfeits their deposit. Because Ms Prince wasn’t ready to start her child due to Covid I kindly held her security deposit until she was ready. When she returned with their child she showed up at 6:30 am, completely disregarding our change in operating hours. That were given to her verbally and on our Facebook page. And in our Covid policy. Was highly upset that her temper tantrum didn’t get her way and left a bad review on every site she could. Do not recommend her as a client. Beware !!!!
