Description: The Central Savannah River Area Economic Opportunity Authority, Inc. (CSRA EOA), a Community Action Agency, was incorporated in January 1966, as a private non-profit, tax-exempt organization. Initiated under the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, the primary mission of the CSRA EOA was, and continues to be, the easing of human suffering and the elimination of poverty.
