My child went here for about 6 months. At the beginning I was told that they were equipped for my childe (he was almost 2 years old - 23 months) and that he would be well taken care of etc etc. This was not the case. He was surrounded by older children. There were not any other children in the class his age. He was hit on, pushed, punched and yelled at by the other bigger children to where he began mimicking this behavior. This began to change and alter his entire attitude. It was so sad to watch. Not once did they say that it was not a good fit for him to be there. I asked how it was going etc and they assured me everything was fine. The director Rich made sure to paint a very pretty picture. I just thought maybe I was being over paranoid and overprotective but no. I really started paying attention around Christmas time when they had their virtual pageant and my child was no where to be seen in the visual presentation. He kept getting pushed out of the way by a bigger child and finally a teacher picked up my little one and help him. I assume to save face because they were on a live stream. That was the beginning of the end for us. We began the unenrollment process. Once this began Rich then told us that a different place would be a better fit for our child as they are not very equipped for children his age?!?!??! WHAT ?!?!? Totally different story than what you told me to get me in the door!!! The teachers try , I do believe for the most part but my gut just was never comfortable. Something is just "off" and as a parent you know what I mean.
