One concerned parent!! Nov 10, 2022
I have used this provider for less than 6 months

If I could put zero stars I would!! Sent my kids there for a while and ended up working there a couple months later, had I known how they do their kids I would've never sent mine there. They force children (schoolers mostly) to stay outside blistering hot or freezing cold. Schoolers through the summer are usually outside at 12pm and expected to stay outside til 6pm or til their parents arrive. 4yrs and younger are outside from 2:30-6pm. They make the children share ONE Gatorade squirt bottle among 15-30 kids. A girl who works there yells and rushes little ones who's potty training to hurry in the restroom. The main lady tells her employees to lie to social services when they get called about how long the children are outside. As well as force kids to lay down and be quiet instead of having them go upstairs or go to a different area while the kids who will nap, sleep. They also lie to parents about how children get injured so they don't have to deal with dss.

I have used this day-care for about a month now after finding out my grandkids could not go to kirks blessing in bluefield va because wv mountain heart would no longer pay and my grandkids scream and yell they don't like it when I drop them off but I have no where else to take them but trust me I'm looking. Need more adults there in the morning so the lady can cook and someone else watch the children
