Description: Children’s Resources was founded in 1978 as a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving persons with developmental disabilities. In 1995, Children’s Resources changed their scope of service and opened “Children’s Resources Preschool,” one of the first inclusion programs in our state. Inclusive education is a system in which students with special educational needs are enrolled in ordinary classes and are provided with support services. Inclusive schools are based on the basic principle that all school children should learn together, regardless of their needs or difficulties. In an inclusive classroom, typically developing children and children with special needs learn from each other. Our first Kindergarten class was added to the program in 2009 and a new grade has been added every year thereafter.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
