Since taking over from the previous company, Children's Manor in Bel Air has grown. The building was remodeled inside. The Montessori curriculum leads children to be fully independent and responsible for their learning with loving teachers guiding them. Many families have stayed for years and brought in new families. Highly recommended!
My children attended Kiddie Academy prior to Children's Manor taking over. Since the takeover I have noticed extreme changes in the staff, facility and children. When entering the building you no longer are greeted with pictures of smiling children and colorful knick knacks they have created. The reading area has even been removed and replaced with a employee desk. The desk remains empty since most of the staff decided to move on. The building is now somber and reeks of urine that meets you at the door. There are a few upgrades such as a copy machine that has no use. The school bus that normally transported school age kids to and from the daycare or on trips no longer exist. Staff is getting promoted to director positions, although they lack the ability to lead with no communication skills.
