I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My son was at this facility since he was two years old and had been doing well until recently and so I decided to withdraw him for his own emotional safety. His last scheduled day to be in the care of Champions Learning Academy was to be 7/20/2018. As of 7/18/2018 he will not be going back into the care of this Facility as long as the current director (not mentioning name so as to not have the review removed for slander) is director. They have written up my child five times in three days four times on 7/18/2018 alone. These write ups are coming right as my child is leaving the facility. Today when he was picked up by his grandfather he was seen huddled in a corner sucking on the collar of his shirt. My child has been diagnosed with ADHD and Anxiety. These have both been controlled with behavioral modifications. The current teachers (it is never the same teacher in the class when we pick up) in the School age classroom does not utilize the behavioral modifications as the previous teachers have done. The main daytime teacher is never there when we drop off or pick up but my son has told me she does not allow him to be anywhere near her. My child's anxiety is calmed by contact with someone he trusts, and his teacher whom she should trust and look to for that comfort has denied him that. My son has gotten to the point to where he dreaded going to the daycare. My son was bullied by the children older than him, and the director blew off all complaints about this. To the point of writing me a letter saying that it was my own child's fault because of his actions so it was not considered bulling on the older children's part. My child's actions were in response to how he was treated by staff and students. For a child whose comfort language is touch and attention he will seek it out any way he can even if it is attention for not acting the way they want him too. I believe whole heartedly that my child's emotional and cognitive regression is a result of the way he was treated by the teachers that were assigned to his care. Since the current director (not mentioning name so as to not have the review removed for slander) has taken that position the quality of care of the children has gone down. Also any reviews she makes on this facility should be taken in the light that she is also the Director of the Facility. As well as any reviews of the employees of the facility as to not write a glowing review could affect their employment. Oh on the good reviews from November and December 2017 they were running a promotion that if you did a review on Yelp, Facebook, and Google you were entered into a drawing for a discount on tuition.
