The County's most credentialed program also employs the County's most experienced & credentialed child care staff. Our convenient Center Street location in Westminster is just off U.S. Route 140. Our entire facility, including our expansive playground, was refurbished completely in 2009.
Carroll Child Care Centers offers tuition subsidies for qualifying families that are unmatched among Carroll County day care providers. The Center receives significant support from United Way of Central Maryland, the Community Foundation of Carroll County, The Fund for Carroll Children, Combined Federal Campaigns, the Carroll County Commissioners, Carroll County Public Library, New Windsor State Bank, Modern Comfort Systems/Tevis Oil Co., and Sturgill & Associates.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
