Description: Owner and Lead Instructor, Debbie Wilson, began by working in this field teaching at Peter Pan Preschool in Redlands, California. After moving to Oregon in 1989, she attended Portland State University and received numerous awards while majoring in early childhood education. Since then, she has maintained an in home daycare while simultaneously managing the preschool program at the Little Gym in Lake Oswego. Debbie developed a program that was adopted throughout several different gym locations. In addition; she is also a licensed gymnastics instructor and practiced as such through creative arts classes that were gymnastic based at The Little Gym. Debbie is a mother of three, Alex, Aj and Brittney Wilson. Her husband, Rodd Wilson, is the second Lead Instructor at Bumble Bee. Bumble Bee Preschool is a family run business and has been for well over a decade! The teaching staff includes Teacher Alex (Debbie's son), Teacher Brittney (Debbie's Daughter), Teacher Julie and Teacher Mariah. Each instructor brings a unique outlook and personality to the school that creates an "at home" atmosphere for your child!

Bumblebee Preschool was my 2 1/2-year-old daughter's first experience in a childcare setting. She has been going for 10 months now and absolutely LOVES her teachers and new friends. She could not be happier and neither could we. When we first met with Debbie about enrolling our daughter, she understood my anxiety about leaving my daughter in someone else's care for the first time and helped to put my mind at ease. The facility is always clean, inviting and secure. When my daughter started potty training, the staff understood how important consistency was and worked with us to keep the momentum going by continuing to train her while she was there. I truly have no issues and would highly recommend Bumblebee to anyone searching for a daycare/preschool. We feel truly blessed to have found such a wonderful environment where our daughter is happy and learning.
