I have been at this center many times and have found them to be caring and supportive of children. The 3 year old (pre pre kindergarten) and 4-5 year old (prekindergarten) rooms are well thought out and help their children reach their highest potential to get ready to go to school. The teachers in those rooms are well organized and have nurtured and taught those children well. This isn't a baby sitting service. It truly is an education experience for a child. I would highly recommend it.
While you claim to help kids learn and grow you have staff that will "give up" on a child because they do not do what you say or are not listening to your directions. With all due respect this is nothing going but being too lazy and catering to your own needs before the child. They are still learning so while you cannot even control a child who we have never had a problem with after a timeout in the corner, and their own mother works with behavioral children with autism. You pull her out of her job and schedule with these children because you cannot handle one who "doesn't listen". It's your only job and instead of you as an adult learning to handle it, you just send this kid home. I was an assistant daycare provider and this just goes to show what an incompetent staff this is. Maybe it should be replaced with Anne Carlson Center staff who are more patient and willing to work with the children. Watching a single mother come home crying because she is very good at her job and then having someone tell her her child has listening issues and calling her at work because of something not even her fault but you not being able to handle your job? I can understand to kick a child out if there is harm done to anyone but because she on listen to you? Lazy incompetence to not do your job properly.
