We expand upon the children's understanding of the characters, the sequence of events and comprehension. We guide students in the use of picture cues, using illustrations to predict and hypothesize. We work on sight words, letter sounds, rhyming, alliteration and other word play to deepen understanding of the written word. Enrichment Programs. All the children attend music class. Five-day students three and older participate in Spanish. Students three and older participate in Movement Class, a gross motor activity class. Science Discovery Class is a hands on class covering topics such as sinking and floating, life cycles and static electricity.
