i love this childcare, my kids have been here for 4 years, an they have always taken my kids even with me being late, they have always worked with me along as you communicate as best as possible, they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, with snack, in between, my kids love this place
Worst daycare I've ever experienced. Constantly changing their rules and policies. Staff are constantly screaming at the kids. Diapers are not frequently changed and rashes are commonly found on the children. If your schedule changes they have to have 2 week notice or they cancel on your services. Overall they could care less about the people or community they provide for. It's money first and money only that they care about. I would only use this daycare as the absolute last route.
We live all of our parents and children. We strive to provide the best environment and work hard to give our school agers an excellent summer program. We will continue to strive towards excellence. We suggest any one who has a concern or constructive criticizim, to feel free to bring it directly to us, as we gladly look for ways to improve.
High turnover in staff, not trained well.They yell a lot. Toddler room hot and stuffy due to no air conditioning. Very unorganized, they lose your child's belongings. They basically force parents into paying for their "summer" program. Which is getting wet and walking to the school to play. They only want full-time children, they will refuse your child if you don't call to let them know their coming in late.
