Description:
We provide a safe environment for the children at all times as well as quality education and care for each child by striving to meet their motional, intellectual, physical and social needs. Our staff members use soft eyes and voices when interacting with the children, parents and coworkers and provide a permission-giving environment for the children. They respond, rather than react, to the children and to one another and speak to the potential of the children and of their co-workers. At Agape, we all work together as a team. We believe the best of people and work through our differences by attempting to resolve the situation in mutually beneficial ways.
We are privileged to serve the families of West Milford, Hewitt, and Ringwood in New Jersey, and Greenwood Lake, New York.
