The wife and I felt it would be good to introduce our one year old son to the world of other little kids and day care. This place has a descent amount of kids, but that is where the positive stops. Kids are sick every day, there are only two workers with approximately 30 kids in total, and I get the impression they are abusive verbally and physically. My son came home twice with bruises around his arms, and now when he has a wet diaper, he runs and stands in the corner. When we try to change him, he is fearful and agitated.
We verbally stated we were not bringing our son back, and they stated there was a two week cancellation fee. We did not pay that, and now they call and harass us at work stating they will not unenroll our son until we put it in writing, and pay the owed balance which keeps going up every week. I tried to address my concerns after only one week, but was ignored and that was the final point of me pulling my son out.
Today, I was threatened with legal action. Based on the interaction, it sounds like they are professionals at taking money, promising a good environment, and then hosing parents who may be unsuspecting.
My final advice, stay away from this place. I just noticed google has them listed as permanently closed since 2019, so why are they open? Sounds like the state should start auditing their license and qualifications. This place is no where near legit or appropriate. The workers, should be put in jail...
