Sadly because of my life situation I had no other choice than to have my kids at A to Z because, yes, the hours and location were good. That's about it.
One of the teachers yanked on my daughter's pony tail in frustration and after reporting it there was no due diligence to actually resolve the problem.
I several times picked up my son with the same diaper he'd been wearing 10 hours earlier with urine and feces soiling his pants. Even after talking to teachers it still continued. Even after reporting it to the owner Jody, who said she would have a meeting to educate her staff, it continued. You would think that child care staff would have some competence in that area and not need "special training" to do their job. After the second time reporting to the owner. It got better.
Next my son was bullied by 2 brothers over and over and over to the point they pulled his pants down. I was justifiably upset and the manager was more interested in correcting my language, telling me that "3 and 4 year olds don't bully". That's not what leading psychologists say. With no worry about my son she only had interest in being defensive about why these repetitive behaviors were allowed to happen to my boy.
After finally getting my kids out of there the owner won't release records to me about my children despite over five requests including in person. Because my ex signed them up and signed contracts the day before I signed the same contracts, even though I have 100% physical custody and share legal custody she claims my ex must okay me getting records on MY OWN KIDS. Despite my children hating A to Z and not being safe there through documented proof, my ex has oddly given them 5 stars over a month after I took them out. Seems interesting right?
If you are a woman, they'll treat you well here. If you don't complain when problems happen, they'll treat you well.
