I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I cannot recommend this daycare. They promised me a spot which was opening up in two weeks. I toured, completed the paperwork paid a deposite for the spot and made plans for the intermediate period. My baby was supposed to start TOMORROW and they called to say they had changed their mind because he is a foster baby and may not be with me long. I have a new job. My husband works. Now we are desperately scrambling to find care because we were told we had a spot and they backed out. Totally unprofessional. Totally inconsiderate. My major question is why they couldn't give me the courtesy of letting me know during the two weeks they happily held my deposit!
