HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CENTER!! The center is very clean, the care that my children have received there is A+ & my children have learned so much! When I read these other reviews from “concerned parents,” it saddens me that they are only trying to hurt the daycare’s reputation because they did not get their way when asking the daycare to break a rule. People are so quick to write a negative review, but don’t take the time to write a good review. So please read this entire review. The teachers are caring to my kids’ needs and even mine – I feel like they are a 2nd family to us because they really do love my kids as if they were their own. The other parents that I have met through the daycare feel the same. And my kids have learned so much there! The teachers do a lot of activities with the kids. There is something fun always planned, they even teach my kids about the actual meanings of each holiday instead of just celebrating them. My biggest compliment about the daycare that has helped me A LOT is that the teachers have taught my kids social skills – teaching them from table manners & how to “properly” speak to adults & classmates to how to handle themselves when they get angry.
Now back to those other reviews -- I hope that these parents that have written these negative reviews are no longer at this daycare for these reasons: I do not want my kids at a daycare with parents that are always asking the daycare to break the rules for them & let their sick kids come into the classroom with mine & then take the risk of mine getting sick. And if you have a daycare management that allow the parents to constantly break rules, then what’s the use of asking the rest of us parents to follow policies? Where’s the structure then? Their rules, like any other business or school, are in place for the safety, well being and learning of your child! I admire the management at this daycare for a few of the “stupid” parents that they have to deal with. If you don’t understand a center rule or state regulation, be mature & professional, ask to have a conference with your kid's teacher/management to have it explained to you. Don't get mad because you did not get your way & act like a fool in front of your child or other people's children & then accuse the teacher/manager of being rude - that doesn't teach our children correctly how to handle ourselves as adults. I deal with immature customers in my job everyday, too - customers want it their way or they get mad & turn the conversation around stating that you were being unprofessional. The sad part about that, you wonder if their kids are going to grow up to be the same way. And has one of my kids’ teachers here at this daycare made a judgment call error with one of my kids? Yes. Have I as a parent made a judgment call error with one of my kids? Yes. We are human, we are all going to make mistakes. It is when a daycare constantly makes mistakes with the care or safety of my kids & teachers/management don’t do anything about it, but this is NOT the case for this daycare. And in the past, there have been some teachers not as good as others at this daycare, but that has been at other daycares that we have been at, too. So if you are shopping for a good daycare center, do your research, go visit the daycares for yourself, you will see what I am talking about in the beginning of my review – this daycare is by far the better one in the area. Get your own opinion (on daycares or any businesses that you reading reviews on), like I did. I hope that information was helpful to you.

Concerned Parents May 30, 2012

I was very unimpressed with this daycare. As parents we feel it is our duty to explain our feelings to others. Without giving all the many details as how we as parents feel this way, I can sum it up very simply. The Assistant Director is disrespectful and rude. Another profession would suite her. The staff seems to not know what is going on. Turnover rate seems to be very frequent. Curriculum for my child’s age seems very sloppy. Structure and positive discipline seem to be lacking. This is just a very small portion of what I choose to write. Unfortunately this review is based off just visiting the facility on multiple occasions and conversations with staff, but with my child’s best interest in mind we passed. I understand to those reading this review it may not have a lot of merit as we were not clients; however I also urge you to see this review was written by someone that was a potential client that truly cares.  As parents please make sure you completely evaluate daycares. They may look good on the outside but…
