The heartache and pain that comes from that, has given me a compassion for single parents and a desire to be in a position where I could possibly help those in that current status. The third part of this center comes from a place where my family was once out of order and broken by sin and iniquity and this is where the drive in me comes in, wanting to see family units become whole since, God once did it for my family. All three passions has ushered me into a career as a director/owner of a childcare center which is not only a center for profit but a ministry. I am not only concerned about the child but I am equally concerned about the single mother and/or the family unit as a whole. This is where it all began for 1st Step Childcare Center. |
