The Head Start mission is focused on providing comprehensive services to income eligible pre-schoolers and their families. Opportunities, Inc. Head Start is located in Great Falls, Choteau, Conrad, Cut Bank, and Shelby. In 2008, Head Start enrolled 356 children. The importance of family literacy is stressed throughout the program.
